I really feel like this blog post was meant to be, considering Sea Beauty in Mullaloo is hosting our next WAGSS event!!

This beautiful hidden gem of a salon is extremely deceptive from the outside. Don't be fooled by the visibly small entrance, because once you step inside it's like a tardis! Fun fact, they also own 'Body Contouring', a seperate business that lives within the salon.

There is a lot that goes on in this amazing space, so let's dive in...

What services does the salon provide?

Japanese Head Spa, Massage, facials, Hair Colouring, Trims, Blow Drys, Laser Hair Removal, Facials, Body Contouring, Skin Needling, Plasma Pen, Waxing, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts.

Why did you start your business?

Mother-and-daughter team Kelly and Izzy proudly took over the business in March

2025, bringing a fresh vision, extensive experience, and a genuine passion for helping every client look and feel their best. Izzy has a true passion for hair and enjoys creating beautiful, personalised styles that leave her clients feeling confident and refreshed. Kelly specialises in body contouring treatments, advanced skin tightening, and laser hair removal. With a strong focus on achieving real results, she is committed to providing professional treatments tailored to each client's individual goals.

Supporting Kelly and Izzy is a dedicated team of Diploma-qualified beauty therapists who share the same commitment to excellence. Together, they provide a comprehensive range of hair and beauty services in a warm, welcoming and professional environment, ensuring every client recieves exceptional care and leaves feeling confident, relaxed and rejuvenated.

What are you most proud of?

At Sea Beauty, we are incredibly proud of the environment we've created. Our salon is a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone is treated with kindness, respect, and without judgement. What motivates you?

Seeing the confidence that grows when someone feels good about themselves. Whether it's through a transformative treatment, a fresh new hairstyle, or simply taking time out for self-care, being part of that journey, is very special.

What’s something people don’t see behind the scenes?

What people don't always see is the time and care that happens behind the scenes. From ongoing training and maintaining high standards to preparing for every appointment, we're always working to give our clients the best possible experience. Every detail is driven by our passion for helping people feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.

Izzy – lip gloss, phone, lash brush

Kelly – hand cream, lip gloss and to do lists

Balance, it’s a journey not a race

Advice to women starting out?

Stay grounded and be authentic. Don't try to be anyone else—your values, your passion, and the way you treat people are what will set you apart. Build genuine relationships, keep learning, and trust that success comes from staying true to who you are.
