Now to dig a little deeper...
Why did you start your business?
I have been a Social worker for over 16 years and received my mental health accreditation 7 years ago. I am passionate about offering an empathic and humorous space to support and hold clients through life transitions, difficult times and support them with extensive therapeutic knowledge and trainings I have completed such as in CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, Somatic therapy and more.
What are you most proud of?
Moving between Melbourne and Western Australia over the last few years back and forth and entering into my own practice. I currently work over three clinical practices and slowly building up my private practice to work just between two.
What motivates you?
I enjoy the connection and conversations with clients and seeing them transform over the process and collaborating together to support best outcomes.
What’s something people don’t see behind the scenes?
It’s tough to manage multiple practices but I am genuinely invigorated after a great session.
