WAGSS (WA Girls Social Space) Event Waiver & Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in WAGSS events may involve activities including, but not limited to, social gatherings, wellness sessions (such as yoga, movement, or meditation), food and beverage consumption, and other group experiences.

I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, allergic reactions, or unforeseen incidents.

2. Personal Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in event activities. I accept full responsibility for my own health, wellbeing, and personal belongings during the event.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless WAGSS (WA Girls Social Space), its organisers, hosts, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event.

4. Medical & Emergency Consent

In the event of injury or a medical emergency, I consent to receiving necessary medical treatment and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.

5. Food & Allergies Disclaimer

I acknowledge that food and beverages may be provided at events. I am responsible for informing organisers of any allergies or dietary requirements and accept all risks associated with consumption.

6. Code of Conduct

I agree to behave respectfully toward all attendees and staff. WAGSS reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

7. Photography & Media Consent

I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image to be used by WAGSS unless I notify organisers in writing prior to the event.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

I understand that ticket purchases are subject to WAGSS’s official refund and cancellation policy and agree to those terms at the time of booking.

9. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a WAGSS event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver & Release of Liability.
