WAGSS Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy is designed to balance flexibility for our community with the care and planning that goes into each WAGSS experience.
Tickets
All WAGSS tickets are non-refundable. This allows us to thoughtfully curate each event and secure venues, facilitators, and experiences in advance.
Flexibility
If you’re unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to another guest at any time. Simply notify us prior to the event with their details.
Early Changes
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the event, you may request a credit to use toward a future WAGSS event.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event, and non-attendance, are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Event Changes
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you can’t attend, you may request a credit or refund.
Event Cancellation
If WAGSS cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
