Hi lovely, We’re Laurie & Ray - two Irish sisters sharing our love of yoga and community. We host weekly Oceanside Yinyasa classes, a nourishing blend of dynamic Vinyasa flow and slow, grounding Yin. It’s the perfect balance of movement and stillness, strength and softness. For us, yoga is more than just shapes on a mat. It’s a practice of connection - to yourself, your breath and the people around you. Our community is welcoming, down-to-earth and open to all levels.
