Hi WAGSS I am Lauren — owner of Ultimate Recovery Lounge, Registered nurse, and mum. I created this space (along with my husband) because I know how easy it is to feel run down and constantly “on,” and I wanted somewhere you could switch off from the world and just relax.
What makes our lounge really special is our private infrared sauna and Ice bath recovery rooms, you can unwind on your own or share the space with a friend, without the noise or rush of a communal recovery space.
In addition to our private recovery rooms, we offer IV vitamin infusions, all delivered by me as a qualified nurse. This means you can feel confident you’re in safe, experienced hands while supporting your body from the inside out.
I blend my nursing background with a more holistic approach, so everything feels safe, calm, and genuinely supportive. It’s your space to slow down, reset, and make time for yourself 🤍
