Hi, I’m Rumbie, the counsellor behind She Rises Counselling. I offer online and phone counselling for women across Australia who are carrying too much, whether it’s burnout, parentification, family pressure, cultural identity or simply feeling like they must be the strong one all the time. My approach is warm, compassionate and practical. I like to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard and begin healing without judgment. My hope is that every woman who works with me leaves feeling lighter, more connected to herself and empowered to create a life that feels true to who she is.
