Hey, I’m Liv, the owner of Meet Me On The Mat Pilates. I run outdoor Pilates classes beachside in Scarborough, mostly on Saturday mornings. I started this because I wanted to create a relaxed, welcoming space where people of all levels can move their bodies, enjoy the fresh air, and connect with others in the community. My classes are all about challenging yourself in a fun, supportive way & doing it with some good music and of course a smile!
