Through energy healing, Breathwork, Life Coaching and NLP, I support women in letting go of stress, anxiety, and self doubt, calming overwhelm, regulating the nervous system, re-building self trust and come back to balance in a gentle and supportive way.
I'm deeply passionate about holding a safe space where women can breathe, heal and feel supported. I offer 1:1 healing, coaching and breath work journeys, and also events, including women's circles, meditation and sound healing, all designed to help women feel more confident, connected, balanced and empowered.
